Bad buyers

bad buyers are everywhere, we all learn. :)

Have a great time in Germany Shouheng, and you may want to consider staying there for good if you're still doing medicine. Don't be a house officer here if you can man..the system's...kinda unreasonable :p

hmmmmm... actually if thats really wat happen to his dad den i think yeah... have to understand him... cos helping dad is more important den self hobby...but if its not true.... den seriously... its his fault... people kept their promise but the buyer did not... tats really bad... but anyway.. as wat van said.. u'll come back one day rite??? aha... pls do come back k.. we don wanna lose a talent in singapore... cheer up mate!! :-D *forgive and forget makes life easier*

when selling stuff the best approach (like what has already been suggested):

1. first come first serve. it fair for everyone.
2. reserve? can. pay deposit. how much? enough for it to be worth your effort if the person backs out.

unless you know the buyer personally, it's never wise to do any reservation.

haha thanks for all the support guys!

edder: i'll have pple checking out the tele on friday...if deal breaks down it goes straight to your house for safekeeping. i help you take care of your electric sitar in return hor.

kennethC: i'll see how bro, hard to make a decision now...but thanks for your advice!

on the bright side, things have been moving fast, pple checking out the tele on friday. so i guess case closed! i'm alr starting to feel bad for losing my cool when the guy cancelled...haha but all the same, loneeurope has summed it up nicely. probably should sticky that up in the buy/sell to help newer sellers.

patience and perseverance is the moral of the story
be patient and persevere through it no matter what happens
coz its gonna get better along the way.
good luck to you my fren
and have a safe journey to germany!!
