Are the Custom Acoustic Guitars from CityMusic great?

My budget is around $500- $600. I was intending to go to Maestro, but CityMusic seem to have many great guitars that I'm looking for that are cheaper than Maestro's guitars, like the FG98E. What do you guys think? I need a guitar suited for fingerpicking / fingerstyle that is Solid Sitka Spruce Top / Rosewood back & sides (If the back & sides are solid, all the better) that still fits my budget ($500 - $600). So yeah, need suggestions!

Hi, I have decided to go for the FG98E. I checked Sound Alchemy's site, I can't really find a FG98E. City Music Co. Pte Ltd definitely has the FG98E, right? I checked the site and it's still in stock, so yeah...
