if they didn't collect from you, it's their fault not yours. with our efficient system of collecting tax, i am quite sure they didn't miss it by mistake. it's probably just a random thing.

1) call em up to check when its here
2) tell them to leave it at nearest branch
3) go by yourself to pick it up
4) ask the nice counter girls and charges involved
