Anyone using DiMarzio D-Sonic here?

First off, thanks to the forumite here for recommending changing pots on my guitar. It helps open up the tone a lot.

I'm planning to change my bridge pickup some time soon. My guitar (Godin Exit 22) is HSS fixed bridge mahogany body with short-scale bolt-on rock maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.

D-Sonic looks interesting. I like the clips in DiMarzio website. Sounds tight and modern to me. It looks like a very versatile pup, too.

So does anyone here use D-Sonic on mahogany guitar? How is your impression? And how do you install it, blade facing bridge or neck?

And where could I buy it and for how much? :)

Do a search there, quite a few chaps have installed it... note, most are rocker heads... so you would prob be headed in that direction.

Note you should try to match your pups, your single coils and your humbucker. the D Sonic is one high output pickup.
