Since you already have a list of basses that you are targeting and that are more or less easily found in the shops here, why don't you try them for yourself? Wouldn't that be infinitely more beneficial than depending on the experience of others to make a decision for yourself?

i've got the F-104, decent bass, cheapest of the F series. so so. but for its price its damn good! lol

lol... im a beginner... dat y im asking for peop who has them and provide me with advices... however thanks for telling me to go and try them....

The best thing for you to do is to try out those basses and decide based on these 3 things
1. Tone - does it sound good to you?
2. Fit/Finish - does it feel comfortable to play?
3. Budget - does it fit you budget?

And does it look good on you :p

How you got the list of basses in the first place.

Perhaps Cherns can intro you to his Lakland series.

yah, go and try them out at the shop.... these are easily obtainable and try-able basses. You can go try and see which one you like.

I've been using an LTD F series bass for about 2 years now and it still kicks ass.Been using it for more than 20 gigs and it still packs a punch. It's a rugged bass so it's worth every penny you've spent. The sound is awesome giving a long sustain on the low end and it is very suitable for different types of playing techniques. I recommend getting the LTD F series if you are starting out on bass. Worth the money. Good luck in choosing!
