The bridge doesn't look like it needs to be replaced to me. Just a bit rusty but it looks workable to me. Just clean it with Wd4d or lighter fluid.

the Edge Pro bridge on my J Custom is in the same condition and probably worse. As faekildare said, use contact spray and they'd all be working. However, I just replaced my saddle bots, tightened and loosen too many times all worn out already.

ahh well. will try to wd-40 first next time if i can remove the stuff... no rush to change anyway. not much difference to the playability.

Very bad experience with Edge III, the moment i bought it, it rusted after 2 weeks.
Those many little silica gel packs don't help.
Love my RG350DX, but the Edge III is near dead, left a few more times of restringing before it officially dies.
WD40 can't help in the long term also.
The string end near the bridge is stuck inside when unscrewing to be changed with new string, sigh.
Maybe i'll change it in future when I really want to play it again.
Don't want to spend half the guitar price on the bridge you see..

That is not the edge 3 bridge. That's the Edge pro 7. Every piece of material used to make that bridge is way superior to that of edge 3. The bridge probably can probably last very very very long even if the condition is as such.

Added note is, the bridge also has a variable lifespan on how the user treat the bridge. If you down wipe down after playing and stuff like that, in the end of the day, gotoh floyd rose also will rot.

Haha yea I know that's not an edge III, just to add onto subversion's avoid the edgeIII
