Hi guys, im looking for an Ibanez iceman x.. new one... anyone has any recommendations where to get it?

Thanks

Swee Lee is the sole distributor for Ibanez products in South East Asia. If they don't bring it in, you probably won't find it anywhere else, unless it's an import.

You can try getting it online, or at Peninsula. Some of the shops do imports.

the ICX isn't brought in by Swee Lee, the main distributor of Ibanez here. i'd rather you acquire the IC400, it has a sweet mahogany midrange & above-average sustain. just a suggestion...

they still do, but it's not available in Asia, mostly USA. the ICX & DTX (destroyer) are very good economical interpretations of the actually models. this 2005, they have the 'V' to add to the list- if only it's available here... :?

There IS an IceMan at Swee Lee Bras Basah. Not sure if it's been sold, but I doubt it. Bloody old guitar, with custom bodyart and EMG pickups. If you really want it, get it, though IMO stay away from old stuff at Swee Lee. When they're old, they MEAN old. If there is a guitar that has been hanging off the racks at Swee Lee for generations, I think that should tell you something about it. Just my 2 cents.

With rusty strings they don't bother changing till it snaps lol

that is not the Iceman model, it's a very old Reb Beach signature guitar, see below:

Oh. Crap. Whoops.

:prayer: Sub

Odd, I always thought that was an Iceman. A really, really, wierd Iceman. Thanks for correcting me, Sub. Much appreciated.

Well, Ibanez doesn't usually manufacture radically shaped guitars. So I figured it must've been some one-off or custom Iceman. Guess I was wrong.

Swee Lee Aljunied has it.A just arrived one. With White binding on the body. Pricetag price is at 1135.But You know the pricetag price is always not their prices. They have discounts. :D

hey- no probs 8)

if you see the iceman @ MFO, that doesn't mean you can only acquire the guitar there. you can proceed to the bras basah showroom & purchase it from there. give them one working day to bring it down. it makes more sense this way if you reside nearer to bras basah than MFO...

i can say that this first reb beach signature is a good sounding guitar BUt it's not going at a good price... nearly $2K. it's in a state of neglect, not worth it...

FYI, subsequently, Reb Beach comissioned the Voyager model which was his main guitar while he's in Winger...
