You probably might not be able to find one. Even so, I believe it's going to cost you a bomb since it's going to be specifically made to order. Why not just use the standard soft case and tie it to a foldable trolley? You can get the trolley at around $10 and you can get around anywhere just fine without having to carry it.
I have managed to tie a 22" cymbal hard case along with a 14x10 snare case to my trolley and it worked perfect.
