Anyone interested in building tube amp?

anyone here interested? im planning to build a 2w push pull tube amp for bedroom practice, it shouldbe enough to avoid complains from your neigbor. but of course it should sound good enough and can crank all the way to have those tube sing........

I don't understand the point of this thread...are you just asking who's interested?

If so, I am interested in learning how to do it. Can anyone recommend a good thorough book or information source that can help? Assuming I have zero electronics knowledge...which is basically true. :-D

i already build SE lead from ax84 and its 15w, its too loud for me.
i bought all the parts locally and its not cheap pwer transformer alone cost me $150.
for those who is interested i can help you build one but i warn you its not cheap and not guarantee it will look good, soundwise ..... tube sound!!!!

cheers

Let me do the designing! Haha!

My 10watt overpowers my entire room when set 3/10 with pedal, 1/10 without. Its amazing how loud some low-wattage amps can go.

hey dude im kinda interested if you are going do d.i.y tube amps.this is like back in the tamiya era but more complicted.how will it look?like an amp in a tissue box?

Is there a small (<10W) amp that has good built in drive? If there is a good one then i might build it.

And what cabinet to use?
