just flip the phase on one side of the signal.Then eq the rest of the vocal out.
Or you can use the vocal remove tool in Adobe Audition.Best that i have heard so far.
The problem is that there will always be a trace of the vocal reverb.Not even a mastering engineer can remove it.
The best way is to train yourself to build it up from scratch.You will learn alot from that.
