Anyone know a good chorus and delay pedal for a budget of ard $150-200? I have been relying my BOSS DD3 for years, have died on me twice and sent for repairs. Now its starting to crap out on me again.Would appreciate if anyone can recommend a good delay and chorus pedal.Thanks.

Cheers

Chorus: EH Small Clone
Super lush chorus at an affordable price. I paid 160 for mine.

Delay: DD-6
Works fine. I use it mainly as a splitter box with just a tad of delay to simulate a chorus effect. This one costs about 230, if i'm not wrong.

An alternative would be the Digitech DigiDelay (White Pedal). Heard from some owners that i has all the functions on the DD-6 plus a tape echo effect.

EH Small Clone - think dennis has a used one for sale at his shop. maybe abt $100 me thinks.
or, i believe the VS H2O might fulfill ur needs pretty well. cept maybe its not so much a delay pedal, rather an echo pedal. hmm. but the chorus was super nice.
alternatively, get a 2nd hand rack unit like the alesis microverb/midiverb4. pretty versatile unless u r playing live..then maybe not la.
cheers.

seriously kill two birds with one stone. get the visual sound h20. chorus and delay pedal in one. it sounds great. go try one in guitar77. you'll like it.not too sure about the price... but id bet it wont kill you...

the best chorus in my books is still Dan Electro's Cool Cat. a rare find these days...

I like those as well .... but finding a suitable adaptor is a real pain.

de visual sound h2o will set u back at abt 270 i think. but btw be warned tt sum of de stuff visual sound makes r defective.

id tried the visual sound one, very nice lush chorusing, n quite a good echo effect, i dun think itll do long time delay things, echo quite short but its nice or a slapback effect, to thicken up ur tone, am saving up for it, I got the route 66 oledi, love it loads, i think the H20 would complement it nicely

yea my friend had a h20 , and i bought the jkyll and hyde... ( the older verion) the new one looks all red and "hardcore" ... so not really into it.
the H20 was superb man... im also saving up to get one.

juz curious, do u play live? if not, i was thinking why not get a good rack unit like the alesis midiverb4, or if you got the dough, a tc electronics gmajor/rocktron Xpression? but if u play live then a pedal is better off. was just thinking the price of a midiverb4 is abt there if u can get 2nd hand that is. just tossing some options if u dun play live that is...
cheers,
