Anybody watched Drag Me To Hell?

I watched the movie yesterday,the movies are great but im very piss of wif the people in the cinemas most of them are uncivilized student.....the keep on shouting and talking..its damm irritating...

Just looked up that evil dead series and was quite amazed as I did not know that. I saw army of darkness many times. It was hilarous the first time I saw it when I saw 10, the succeding ones still give m a few giggles. It's only now to my surprise to know hat it was directed by sam raimi and two, that it was the third movie of a trilogy. I must watch the first two.

Since it's a sam raimi movie then it being a Hormedy is not surprising. Now i'm interested and i think i'll try to see drag me to hell. I'm just not that into the eeeewww factor of western horror flicks
 
i watched it yesterday ! its damn nice. got me sliding down my seat. hahaha. its damn funny at times. the old woman keeps making me laugh my ass off. hahaha. her eyes looks like the ones on robocop. heh. damn nice lah. i'll rate it 9/10. seriously worth the cash.
 
Jaarvis - yeah! i agree! worth the money! which part scared u the most? yeah but the ending kinda sad la.

When I watched Drag Me To Hell, they also showed the trailers for 2 upcoming thriller/horror movies. One was called "ORPHAN" & the other was called "OBSESSED". Both looked good! I think 'Obsessed' has Beyonce in it.

I shall await those 2 shows!
 
Wah tell you. Got scared badly in the ass.

I'm not one that usually watches horror movies, but my friends wanted to catch this one so i decided to be "steady" and go.

After the movie, not that steady already HAHA.

But some parts are funny though. (RAGING NOSE BLEED) Just catch it you won't regret!
 
Oh yeah the nose bleed part was too exaggerated! And the manager can still ask a dumb question after that, right? Can't recall what he asked.
 
Oh yeah he said "do i have it on my shirt" lol.....what a dumd question...oh and i hate it when the old woman put her mouth at the girls chin and try to chew it...yuck!!

By the way did anybody pick up something familiar in the first scene?

Pasadena, California - 1969.

Toward the end of the show, the lady described her meeting with the demon as her long awaited chance to conquer it.

Seems to fit the Hotel California lyric "We haven't had that spirit here since, 1969"
 
Haha...yeah, it's a known thing that "Hotel California" has ambiguous lyrics. It's one of those 'read-between-the-lines' kinda lyrics. :cool:

but this is the funny part, at least to me. I DIDNT KNOW I WAS WATCHING A HORROR FILM LOL.

aint exactly scary i can tell you.
 
I like the Venom symbiote tribute bit where Alison Lohman was trying to rip off the handkerchief from her face like Tobey McGuire in Spiderman 3. That was funny.
