Any Studios in the east?

Hi guys

My gf has been bugging me for the longest time to teach her drumming.

Thought of renting a studio for an hour or two to teach her basic drumming.

Any studios in the east you guys can recommend?

would it be cheaper to buy a really beat up 2nd hand one and pad it heavily to practise? like some lazer drumset or something.
