Yo guys, any song writing or music writing competition coming up? English or instrumental, i don't want chinese one, coz i know liao haha... im looking for any english or instrumental song writing competitons, anyone know any coming up?..

Yea this one's different.

Seems to me the only competitive songwriting organized here are for patriotic purposes. Government trying to prevent birth of writers who write against them? So must brainwash and force them to love S'pore first with this sort of thing.

Just a theory

But yea I got sick of that national day comp. Not gonna repeat my mistake again, forcing myself to write what I don't want to.

Whoa you have to pay a $30 entry fee for that one. Hahaha.

That's US $30. But if you win anything, it'll really put your name on the map, imo. Or at least the prizes are pretty much worth the effort. Anyway, they accept entries twice a year. So whole year round they'll take in entries. Aspiring songwriters just try it out la...
