Any recommendation bridge for American Deluxe Bass?

First of all, anyone know where can i replace my bridge for my Fender American Deluxe P Bass?

Or anyone can recommend me a better one? I won't mind paying for a good one.

hey b33r, thanks for replying. Yes! i was looking at the badass bridge but i know it's too big in size, the humbucker is the reason why i can't install a badass bridge.

just wondering if anyone knows where can i get a american deluxe bridge?

have you considered a gotoh? have any of the leo quan fanboys considered or even stopped to think how much better a $200 bridge would sound from a $50 one?

stock fender bridges are so crappy that any decent upgrade would yield marked improvements.

some people want the extra $150 worth of placebo effect :mrgreen:

oh yeah, forgot about the humbucker. heard alot of good things about Gotoh too, especially the price. i don't really like BA bridges anyway becuase i don't think they fit under the ash tray cover.


shinobi, why is the stock Fender bridge crappy? i just might go get myself a replacement bridge if i ever get my Fender.

Thanks for the link, but i'm lazy to order online unless i really can't find any shop selling those. I'm going to shop at peni tml for some stuff, it'll be helpful if anyone know any shop or place selling those.

ZenGuitarwerkz - They carry Gotoh Bridges
Guitar Connection - BadAss Bridges, dont know if they have stock of the BasAssIII

If the stock bridge is already the HMV (High Mass Vintage), I would just keep it as is.... Just my 2 cents

i came across a few good bridges from Hipshot. Maybe u can give it a try?

cherns brings in hipshot so you can look for him. i got a hipshot vintage bridge from him, drop in replacement for fenders bridges

i'm probably paying alot for the brand, but doesnt mean its not good. it was the only bridge that could be used on my bass without further mods to my bass, which seems to be a similar problem to the one TS is facing now
