Tokyo Jihen, trivium,

Tokyo Jihen is a rather special band, they aint ur typical rock music, or those japanese kinda punk rock NOR is it those acoustic kinda rock. Its a mix of j-rock with elements of jazz. Their music is really written creatively.

Just include trivium in case u dun wanna listen to music by the japanese for some reason. Cause i have people rejecting songs cause they r japanese. Trivium is metalcore band, tight and fast and aggressive.

new bands? I seriously doubt so. I'm sure you guys know that r&b is still the king of modern day music, so companies are putting more effort into producing the next usher, as compared to the next Guns N' Roses.

The Bravery is the only "latest" band I can think of. Their hit single "Honest Mistake" (I'm sure all of you have heard it by now) sounds really electronic-rock-ish. I'm not sure if you're looking for that so don't come hunting for me if you don't.

If you want good and not-too-commercialised bands though, try the following:-

(2) Kutless
(3) Forty Foot Echo
(4) Avenged Sevenfold
(5) Breaking Benjamin
(6) Element Eighty
(7) Trust Company

Ok so some of these bands may sound like any other radio rock band, but they actually do have some good songs of their own. Good luck hunting for new bands though
