i used to them a LOT...
but as my guitaring playing progresses i listen to a lot of vai,yngwie n metal
n i realize the their guitar playing is not v. 'real'(dunno how to describe)...
something like punk(u kno,catchy but... :?) but a LOT heavier...

n i HATE their collaboration with jay-z...
hip-hop n rap SUCKS!!!

they are more of nu-metal type...listed as alternative rock. and i tot they were cool. then they went silent. stoned.

Their songs are very electronic if I'm not getting you wrong?

Most of the songs, you dun even noe if its guitars or drums playing.

I watched their Live shows & it rocks hard!! That PRS guitar is in my Covet-List

Anyway, I dig Linkin Park Bought all their albums & downloaded all their videos!!

mike and brad uses both PRS guitars as well as Ibanez...Brad uses a 7 strings...and mike uses the RG321

i got it...they played the live version of It's Going Down on their concert...i downloaded got an amount of their live performances...and i went to their concert here in SG last yr...anybody here go for it too??

I din noe that Chester plays guit . . .

Anywae, Brad uses a PRS & Ibanez guitar, equipped with D-Sonic pickups.

i used to like them. i got their live in texas. then i gave them away to a friend.
lost interest in them coz, yes, too electronic.
worst is that they collaborated with whoever that guy is...
music is nice, but juzz that i dun like them..

ya...too much of the remixes and collaborations...but i really think their hybrid theory and meteora albums r great...specially hybrid theory...i still listen to it every now and then...

I prefer the 1st & 3rd of their albums.. the rest are kinda too much liao!!

chester does play the guitar..he came up with the intro 4 somewher i belong using his hamer..he's a sponsor 4 hamer...but he doesnt play at their shows n videos...

haha...me too...they r the one of the 1st few metal bands i listen too back then...alright..i know some guys out there dun consider them as a metal band..but well...its all up to personal acceptence...

ooh...i used to be super into them in sec 2 n 3 last time, in fact, i must hand it to LP for motivating me to pick up playing the electric guitar. On my first guitar lesson, i expected it to be sth like teaching me LP stuff, but the teacher taught me blues scales instead...i was so disappointed cos i didnt like those "cowboy music"...hahaha...those were the days...now i dun listen to LP already, but their posters are still on my wall...hehe...
