i don't know about Korean guitar shops, but u might want to look out for Shine guitars if u been to one. they used to manufacture for Epiphone.

I've been to Seoul and there's a big music center about 3 floors with about 50 shops maybe more.....new...used...

sorry I forget the name of the place or the near MRT station but it's downtown.

Any1 dat knows music know about the place.

but expensive la.....

looks like the general consensus is plenty to see, nothing to buy. heh.
