Any ideas to share for a new empty office area to rent as studio
Hi, currently I have two unit of office area join together, I am thinking of renting out on hourly or per day basis, as not to waste the rental since I am having the downstair for my own usage as a workshop. I do not wish to invest on expensive studio equipment to rent out the place, as I do not know how this business fair. Maybe for those who want to rent for jamming session got to bring their own equipment.
All suggestion are welcome, I am thinking of renting per day ( 9am to 5pm) at$70-80 for the room itself hour can be extended at additional charge. The room is about 3.6m x 4.5m , ( the smaller room inside as shown) with aircon and normal office lighting.
I don't mind investing in installing sound proofing for each room if the response are good.
PLease advise and give suggestion.
