doubl3a did this same kind of survey, asking whether there are fans of aild, atreyu, soty, before he/she announced that taste of chaos will be coming to sg.. haha
so i guess all u lifehouse fans can expect some good news.
They had really catchy songs and great potential at the beginning, but they've been becoming increasingly blah. Ambiguous MOR songs that can't decide whether they're songs of divine aching or romantic longing. Quite sad, they used to be one of my favorite bands.
I haven't been around and just found this thread. Just in time for the concert too! I don't really care for what anyone else says, but to me, Lifehouse are the best band on par with Jars Of Clay. Jason Wade's songwriting and singing always moves me to tears. I find that he takes whatever I'm thinking or feeling about life in general and puts it to words and music. Have been following the band's music ever since they started out. I have all their albums as well as the much older ones with Blyss and the worship songs. I just wish they'd realise they have fans on this part of the world. And release a DVD at some point. They've helped me so much through the toughest times in my life. I missed them in 2006 when I was in the U.S (had to come back home). I am just glad I'll finally get to see Jason, Bryce and Rick in the flesh this time. *sigh* Waited so long for this.
