I'm not feedback BUT.... in general
1) Huskies are not allowed in HDB, so if you're staying in one, you can't license it. Just take good care of it and obedience train it.
2) Normally for rehoming, the new owner should pledge to sterilise the dog and do the necessary checkup including deworming. This is to prevent unscrupulous "new owners" with intention to breed that poor dog to death.
3) Be very sure that the WHOLE family approves of the dog cos the dog may cause a lot of pain and also a lot of joy. If any decision makers in the family decides to say NO after a few months, then we're back to square one.
4) Any one who is expecting, planning for a kid or with very young babies/kids at home? There is this general ignorance that pet fur causes asthma and this is one of the major reason of pet abandonment.
5) Will there anyone to take charge of the dog financially right down to old age? Will quality food be given? Will the dog be treated like a family member? Will there be anyone willing to foot the vet bills if the dog is sick?
A pet is for life, so do consider everything carefully.
Actually the TS just found the dog just last Friday. Maybe the owner is frantically trying to find his/her lost beloved dog.
I love dogs too and I lost a dog before. And I got a friend who had lost her dog before. Her whole family was depressed until the dog was recovered. I don't think its nice to give up for adoption straight unless the "adopter" understand that he/she is just taking care on behalf until the owner is found.
PS: edder.....awwwwwww....wookie is sweet! =)
