Hi bros, I feel you! i pastor a youth service and we went through this same thing. for a few weeks, i went with the iWorship dvd's only because we didn't have any volunteers. After much prayer and a few weeks later, we got together a small group - 2 guitarists and a djembe player. It was good and from then, a keyboardist came along and then a bassist. Now we run a full band for the youth service. It's been good.
