another avatar question

my avatar pic resolution is 79x60. and file size is 4kb but whenever I still upload it from my machine or from a seperate url it still shows a red cross. can anyone help me??

ya...i got the same prob too..wanted to change my avatar...but after i change it..all i can see is a big red cross
