An Original - Amethyst

Sounds good :> Quite airy and ethereal sounding. Distortion on drums ftw!!
I think you could do with upping the bass on your kick drum a bit though. Typically kick drums needs to rumble around 50hz, PUNCH at 100-120hz, and snap around 5khz. That's a general rule, which ofc can be broken if you wish (just like all rules in music, muahaha..) If you find that the crash cymbal is drowning out the kick too much, one trick I sometimes use is to run the crash through some light compression, and side-chain the kick into the compressor. That way whenever there is a kick drum that needs lots of headroom to sound beefy, the volume of the crash dips momentarily, which helps to emphasize the kick. Daft Punk use this a lot, except they compress their vocals and sidechain the kick to that. You can hear it in pretty much all of their songs. :>
