I can't tell my Waltz from a [insert another classical genre here]. But I think I get the idea why it's an Oriental waltz. Is it because you've arranged a mandarin xinyao-like composition in the style of the classical piece? In anyway, nice tune. I found myself listening to the entire track to the end.
