An evening with Broken Social Scene

If im not wrong, should be on the 9th March, under one of the Mosaic show. Just keep your fingers cross!

Holy shit.
Incubus then now BSS.
Oh my god, and I'm betting it's going to be next year and I won't be able to attend it ! :(

Feist no more liao... :(

But TBATB is still coming. Theatre Studios. So shouldn't be that expensive...

): nooooooooooo.
well at least theres TBATB. i'll go no matter how much it costs.
i'll eat grass and straw for the next few months.

gonna watch harry connick jr too.

but isnt feist in BSS? im guessing not everyone's gonna be in it.

are they still coming down? because the last time i checked the esplanade programme booklet for the months of jan-march, it didnt feature anything about broken social scene, but they had stuff written about the other artists. :/

since when there was news about feist coming down to singapore? i doubt feist would be singing for bss. Emily Haines, amy milan and feist only guest star for the band when they perform in canada. otherwise it would be Lisa Lobsinger. how i wish it would be amy milan though. than its as good as stars coming down to singapore too.

Feist is touring Australia in late Feb/early Mar, and will be performing at a few festivals during that time. That's why there would have been the possibility of her performing in Singapore too, if any organizer had jumped at the opportunity to have her around.

As for Amy Milian, she might not sing with BSS this time round because Stars is ALSO touring Aus in Feb, i think. sigh, almost all of the collective is in the vicinity!

Can't wait for BSS :) It would most likely be the entire band, but i think their main focus would be Kevin Drew's 'Spirit If...'. So either they may not play stuff from their previous albums, or there will be a combination of both projects . Hope it's the latter! :D

isn't "spirit" if more of a solo effort? it's just being assisted by fellows bss members. but i wouldn't mind if they played tbtf. but they gonna have to play my favourite 7/4 shoreline.
Torquil Campbell and Chris Seligman are from stars are part of bss too. i just realise that as i was looking at both stars and bss tour dates they are almost identical. so why aint stars performing :(

darn it will be great if fiest come.

though i'm more pissed about

"Admission only for patrons aged 18 and above."

damn damn damn.

The 18 years and above is for the Heineken Club only because they serve alcohol. The concert hall shows are opened for people who are older than 6 years old!
