Hi guys i just got my first electric guitar, a squier jagmaster, and I am currently looking around for an amp, been looking at the kustom dart 10fx due to good reviews found online, any other good suggestions between the 100-200+ price bracket?
Prefably an amp with a good onboard overdrive and tweakable eq as I would prefer to learn how to listen out for the changes in sound through tweaking instead of having preset ones, bands i listen to include guns n roses, alter bridge, def leppard, bon jovi and journey (mostly 80s hard rock)

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated

thanks for the suggestion, but I would prefer an amp with a tweakable eq

the above amp is recommended for those of us looking for great cleans & default distortion/drive- has 2 set of EQ so you can tweak all you want

thanks for the suggestion mr subversion but its a little over the budget, would you reccommend the peavey rage 258 or the kustom dart as a good practice amp, or should i spend a little more such that i won't have to be upgrading in the near future?

you should consider the Randall & work on your budget instead (it's not too far off your working budget), if you own a likeable amp, it'll do wonders to playing motivation.

i believe there isn't a time when we can comprehensively say we don't need a new amp as there isn't any one amp out there which are all-encompassing in terms of tone.
