amphenol angled plugs and 3DPTs

would like to know where to get amphenol plugs and 3DPT switches, thanks for the help in advance!

3PDT switches can be found at TY Music Center. They do have Amphenol angled heads, but I'm not sure if they sell them individually. Usually, it comes bundled with the cable itself.
