amp help

so hi guys, i'm basically new to this whole guitar thing and know absolutely nothing, so i need a lil bit of help. so i've been looking around the internet and decided that i'm gonna go ahead and get myself an Epiphone LP100, but now i have a problem. i need an amp! and i'm not quite sure of what amp i need. so if you guys could just help me out and suggest a few good beginner amps under the $200 price range, that would be a great help. thanks a lot guys.

I guess a cheap basic amp with a variety of built-in effects would be most suitable:

roland micro cube from swee lee

line 6 micro spider or vox mini3 from city music

Go to the 2nd hand market, look for marshall mg series of amp.
They are mostly below $100.
I've been using it for almost 3-4 years and it is still working perfectly. What's more i bought it off another softy as well.

And their overdrive channel is the best !
