thanks dudes, i was using a cort sfx10 and tone port. ROrk yah i am doing finger picking. hardly ever use picks, i should learn to actually

The first time I heard it, it sounded like you were using a pick but the second time around, it sounded like you were doing it finger-style. I much prefer to do something like this finger-style - lots more options available.

Just one last Q - exactly which mike were you using and how much does it cost? I'm looking into recording a lot of acoustic stuff in the next couple of weeks. Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

i plug into a toneport, theres a lot of mics and setting, just have to spend time to try all of them, the track was done on the factory acoustic guitar setting. didn't really do much. my pickups are fishman prefix plus which is quite good, but i still perfer lr baggs-m1. i am using finger picking
