Am I crazy?

Is that the Ibanez SA260QM your using. Yur bridge was prolly set on floating and after a string broke, the rest of the strings went sharp. U tuned it back to normal tuning but without the first string, it the bridge is prolly leaning towards your neck? That would prolly create more tension to the strings. I might be wrong tho.

Agreed. The Ibanez SA series have bridges that are truly floating. They're non-locking synchronized tremolos but unlike Fender bridges, they truly float (entire bridge is suspended over the body) so a slight change in tension is enough to cause the bridge to go sharp or flat (in this case, probably flat).
