Great condition, recent model made in July 2014.
Bone nut, bone saddle, solid spruce top, 1 3/4″ nut width, shorter scale length 630mm, Grand Concert size, professionally setup for low action (2mm at 12th fret low E, super low action you won't see anywhere else) which makes this guitar VERY EASY to play. Plus the awesome tone, it makes this a joy to play.. the tone and playability makes this perfect for fingerstyle and strumming. Lightweight and small size makes it easy to carry around. Pickguard removed to improve the top vibration and tone.
Reconditioned the fretboard with lemon oil, setup for low action and strung with Martin 0.010 80/20 bronze strings..
Fingerpickers and strummers dream come true, plays much more easily than a classical guitar. It's like an electric guitar and you can even shred. sweep picking, tapping etc on it.
