Singapore’s only dedicated alternative music night, AlterNation, presents:
LEESON
"This guy is an idiot."
Date: 22 Nov 2007 (Thu)
Where: DXO (Colours By The Bay); #01-13F Esplanade Mall
Time: 9:00pm
Entry: $12 (at the door); $6 for NEBO members (Club rules apply)
Hosted by the irrepressible DJ MENTOR (X’ho) and Saito Nagasaki shelling out vicious waves of EBM (Goth-trance)/industrial/Darkwave and more.
After an almost two year disappearing act, the cheeky boys from LEESON have made a full comeback and are back to entertaining audiences with new songs (and a new sound!).
Having formed in 1998, Leeson's musical evolution over the years has seen them migrate effortlessly from sound to sound. These days they play a catchy pop/rock/dance combination with a musical and lyrical depth that reflects their genre-crossing forays.
Leeson's intense, high-energy live shows are a real crowd-pleaser that always leaves the audience wanting more at the end. The band's blend of highly infectious dance pop hooks and formidable stage presence creates a killer cocktail that is set to intoxicate the local (and international!) scene.
Watch out for it.
