After some 60's 70's folk sorta music

Howdy.

I’m looking to hear more 60’s/70’s folk music. I watched Forrest Gump this evening and noticed a lot of good songs, but no idea who sings them.. I think bob Dylan was in there, but I love like simon and garfunkel..that 60/70’s acoustic type music.

Anyone got any recommendations?

Hmm.

Neil Young, Nick Drake, The Band... Led Zeppelin also has plenty of good folk songs (think "Hey Hey What can I do", "That's The Way", "Going To California", "Bron Yr Aur Stomp")... if all else fails you can always listen to Ricky Skaggs LOL.
