hi , just wanna know if anyone has advice on a cheap and good way to record on garageband . was planning to get lightsnake but im not sure how it compares to guitarport and toneport in terms of price and more importantly , sound quality . thanks
Get a USB or Firewire audio interface and you can start recroding with Garageband. If you don't need lots of discrete I/O then some of the smaller format M-Audio, Presonus or Lexicon audio interfaces will do just fine.
