Advice on Fender Am Std Tele Set-Up + Upgrades

Hi...I have a 90s American Standard Tele that I've not played in a while. I'll like to replace some parts/electronics as there's some scratchiness/buzz, wear, etc. I don't wanna get scammed when I bring it down to the shops, so I'm just asking if some of you could help give me a rough idea of how much it'll cost for parts and servicing.

The basic idea is to get my guitar up to par as a solid, dependable gig-ready guitar.

Here's what I think i need:

1. Tele 3-way PU selector + volume pot/knob + tone pot/knob
2. New guitar jack socket
(Not sure what the brands are for the electronics (or if it matters much nowadays), but I'll like to get them up to performance-quality (i.e. sturdy + reliable, won't break down or give surprises). Any recommendations?)

3. graphtech saddles (optional: tusq nut?)

4. upgrade to brown tortoiseshell Tele pickguard

5. installation of the above + set-up for .10-.46 strings

can any of you give me a rough idea of how much it'll cost?
which shop would you go to/recommend that can handle all of the above? Guitar 77? Others?

Have been away from the scene for a while so I'm not too familiar with what's current.
Thanks in advance!

I know wiring services would set you back about 40-50 bucks, excluding cost of the parts. New PU selector, pots and jack would probably cost about 30 or less.

I bought a tort pickguard from GC, cost $60, but i think you can buy it cheaper online, but the only drawback is whether it fits or not.

Graphtech saddles cost $38, either from TYMC or Davis.

Setup would normally cost $30-50, depends on where you go.

Nowadays for my setup and wiring I do it on my own. But in the past I would go to Sound Alchemy!

Hope this helps

hi my friend, check to see if your Am Std tele features a non-standard tone pot eg: TBX/ Delta Tone type or something similar. it's best if you can take a pic of it & show it here.
