adding pickups

Hey, got a question here.

Is it possible to add another pup on a guitar which has only a bridge pup?

the full answer is that
as long as there is more space between the neck and the bridge
you can always put more pickups in there

you may have to rout another hole for it
which would most prob cost you some $
and will most likely affect the resale value of your guitar
( value goes up or down .... who knows )

I have a squier artist series telecaster.

you can actually dig out a new cavity for addition pups if there's space. you might have to get a custom pickguard too.
