The cheapest i found is the Proel Extreme Series EX-15A at Centro (Sim Lim Tower), selling at S$950.00

can consider those lower end m-audio or the esi 4-inch ones. a pair cost around $400+ for the esi. i saw even cheaper ones at city music and sinamex (m-audio). can pay them a visit.
