Acoutic Bass/Semi Acoustic

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of getting an acoustic or semi acoustic bass. Not really looking to spend too much on it as it will just be for fun. Any recommendations? I am not looking to spend too much on it. Any affordable brands that makes great instruments for the price ? Is there any SX basses around in sg? I hear they are pretty good for their price.

The Bouldercreek acoustic bass I have is pretty decent for it's price. Davis sells them. dont know how much but I got mine 2nd hand for 500 bucks.
