Age is 40+, interests include acoustic covers rendered in interesting, unique, and possibly unusual styles. I'm not above covering Cyndi Lauper or the Thompson Twins; if the song fits and I can make it work, so be it.
Musical influences include just about anything that doesn't end in -eamo or -core, but mostly rock / folk from the 60's thru the early 2000's. Not really up on current music, but that doesn't mean I won't give something a try. A good song is a good song.
Looking for like-minded individuals to put together an acoustic duo (possibly a trio); two guitars sounds nice, but if you play anythings else (mandolin, uke, flute, sax, violin...), that's a bonus.
OR - I would consider a more traditional kind of band (electric guitar, bass, drums, etc.) I'm NOT much of a soloist, but I can fake it if I really have to. (It's really something I need to work on, anyway...)
FWIW - I can also play drums or bass if needed.
