Acoustic guitar recommendations

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a new acoustic guitar with a budget of about 1.5k. It has to have reasonably low action since I'm primarily an electric guitar player. And it should not be an Ovation cos I find it a little uncomfortable to play sitting down. What are some good ones I should check out? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the suggestions and to relinquish69 for introducing me to Larrivee guitars. Just got myself a Larrivee L-02 and I really like the balanced tone that it produces.
