acoustic/electric recording

hey does anyone know any low rate studio that do acoustic/electric guitar recording?

or if it's do-able at home, how do you do it without forking our money to buy expensive softwares and such?

your suggestions/opinions is much appreciated!

easy..

use a BOSS BR series recorder. many great factory presets loaded, easy one touch recording.

or use a zoom H2 at 180 deg mic angle in your bathroom. great natural acoustics.

i have done this to great results...

what's your com specs, any recording gear you own, what's your budget, and what kind of quality do you expect? (be realistic thanks hehe)

You can get those toneports that Line 6 sells and just record it though ableton or any DAW. Pretty affordable and can be done everytime you feel the itch to record.
