does anybody here knows of anyone who can do a mod to the neck pocket of a strat ?

and you need to increase the height of the neck pocket by around 2mm such that the overhanging frets flushes with the body. Its a precision mod . Am just afraid
our local techs may not be able to handle such a mod with hand tools.
