Hi MI,

Based on items' "list price", if i spend $2010 (in a single purchase),
44% of $2010 is $884.40,
$2010 - $884.40 = $1125.60,
that means i'll only need to pay $1125.60.

Did i interpret correctly?

considering their 50% warehouse sales, 44% is not really a wow thing, PLUS must be at least $2009 list price...

i visited the Katong showroom on the first day of promotion and was kinda disapointed.
Not much stuff there or should i say nothing caught my attention except for a couple of signature strats. The Ibanez J customs are not applicable for 44% according to their staff so that was kinda bummer.
Wanted to pick up some stuff from the discount but eventually went home empty handed....

but according to the sales staff he j-customs were on sale
i actually wanted to buy a 7 string j-custom but ended up getting a
Gibson sg standard instead

Swee lee should be flexible with the discount .....

just a suggestion:

if the buyer bought items total amount S$2009 and above in the month of August 2009 in a day, Swee lee should extend the 44% discount to this buyer should he need to buy other items on a different day as long in August 2009.

We all know especially when buying guitar, amp, pedals or etc, more time are needed and it could take a whole day to decide one item.

Really hope Swee lee take this suggestion into consideration becoz it is after all a return business rite.
