3 way toggle switch & volume pot questions

Hi, my guitar is crapping out on me hence im deciding to change from 1 vol 1 tone 1 3 way blade selector switch to just 1 vol and 1 3 way toggle replacing the tone knob. The plastic tip flew off when my student was playing it, the volume pot is scratchy due to age.

Anywhere in Singapore I can purchase a Gotoh 3 way guitar toggle(alternatives of similar quality welcome), a high quality 500k volume pot? Aint looking to break my bank, so my budget is $50 maximum. Would appreciate your feedback on the matter

Most of the shops at Peninsula will have what you're looking for; Guitar Connection, TYMC and Davis Guitar are some examples. Total cost (excluding service work) shouldn't go above $10.
