3 Drive pedals.. Need Opinions

Hi,

Im have narrow to these 3 drive pedals. Wampler Pinnacle Distortion Guitar Effect Pedal,Suhr riot, CMATMODS Brownie. I play songs like incubus to Hard rock. What do you guys suggest. Had a hard time to decide. For me,the brownie has a nice amp drive sound whereas the riot is more to the heavier side,not sure about the wampler. Still having a hard time though.

Or should i get any one and get a preamp to boost the signal..

The Wampler Pinaccle is purportedly the closest "brown sound-in-a-box" pedal, and sounds best through a larger amp. It already comes with a boost section, so you got that covered if you get the Pinaccle.

Im using a Ibanez UV777PBK and a fender Classic 72 tele Thinline with a Kustom 5 Watt amp.

I'm assuming the Kustom amp is a combo with a small speaker right?

for a start, try to get an amp with a bigger speaker. that would improve the dynamics of your sound by a lot.

the Suhr gets my vote for being a stand alone distortion.
