25 worst albums of all time

where is:

bee gees - size isn't everything
pink floyd - final cut
def leppard - slang
madonna - erotica
duran duran - astroanut

If you classify all rap and techno under "crap" then you need to switch off your radio and listen to some REAL music my dear boy.

I agree with the boybands bit though. And by boybands I mean image-oriented weenies like A1, Take That and Blue.

Agreed - I'm a huge Pearl Jam fan and Vitalogy wasn't really that bad.
But neither was Stormbringer by Deep Purple either.

The dude cracked me up with his wry observations. Made my Friday :P

its quite hard to fit all the rap, techno and boyband albums into 25 slots isnt it?

a true musician appreciate all kind of music.

I'm pretty sure everyone hates one particular thing or another... Even drumming legend Buddy Rich said he hated country music before he died! (No, I don't. Country kicks ass to me..) so if this is the case then a true musician doesn't exist...

Anyway, I totally agree with nysk and SherT. Say it like it is!

As a Oasis fans I don't think Be Here Now was that bad an album, it just could never match up to the massive hype and expectations surrounding the album.

The songs themselves were comparable to their previous two albums but their arrangments were not ideal imho. It did not help that many were eagrly waiting to put them down for their arrogance. Be Here Now was the perfect excuse to slag them off.

To me, the Gallagher brothers' ramblings about stuff like better than beatles, taking drugs is lke having a cuppa tea, is for for laughs, not to be taken seriously and secondary to what I like them for - their music, no-nonsense rock n roll.

i not sure if i shld say this....

y is metallica - st anger not in the list?

if u r talking abt an album that shld not be recorded... it wil be that....

seriously if u create an album and u know that the album is not good enough compare to all the previous albums.... it is realli bad enough alrdy

believe it or not... their album release brings i would say more than 50% of dissapoinment to fans.....

seriously even the 1st album is way better than this.... i am a big metallica fan.... when that album came out, i listen to it for the 1st time & i am in shock....

if u realli listen to the album in song arrangement, sound selection, the creative effort put in... the standard drop is too freaking big...

now bob rock is no long their producer and we shall see..... if rick rubin can do magic....

if you're in the business long enough, sooner or later u're gonna turn out a stinker. Law of averages i think.

yup... that round of to the reason y i said that has got to be one of the worst..... coz they can't maintain the album quality, they definately didn't live up to their standard and the also didn't live up to the music industry....

the fact that the album existiance definately did alot of damage... i would rather they did not came out with their st.anger album and work on a better quality album....

well... let's hope their next album can bring their fans back on their feets again.....

Actually, if you scrolled all the way to the end of the commentary, you'd have seen his comments on St. Anger, and it's really hilarious!

It's an album for the trash heap of rock history.
