you can only get it if your 21 as of last year dec? what is the cut off date for you to be elligible for it?

eg. your bday is on 10th nov, will you be elligible for it?

If you go to the site, you can check your upcoming progress package amount and it will also mention if you're signed up already or there's a need to register. So there ya go

i checked that, but got abit confuse whether there is a cut off date for when your bday must be, in order to be eligible for it.

yup we got only half last yr. Its split in two payment. Even during da 1st time its stated dat we will get another time. So yeah shud be gettin again.

sorry to rain on your parade but i believe the progress package is a one off thing, the dec 31st deadline is for those who havent collected the money yet. I've never heard of a 2nd payment from anywhere until now, are you sure your friend working in CPF isnt bullshitting you?

Those who have not done so have only one more week to sign up before the deadline of December 31, 2006. They will need to sign up by the end of the year or they will not be eligible to receive the Package which includes the second portion of the Workfare Bonus in 2007 if they qualify for it. The Progress Package is a surplus sharing initiative that Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong announced during this year's budget.
