1spot problem

It creates noise, humming cracking noise. When I was using batteries, these noises didnt exist, until I used the 1spot. I'm powering 4 pedals, US Big Muff, Beez modded ds-1, Modtone Dyno Drive and a Johnson Tremolo. I really need help cus I tried powering just 1 pedal, it still has the noise when the pedal is turned on.

If it can't be helped, recommend me a decent priced 3-pin adapter with NO noise. And also tell me where to find it. Please help, this situation i have here its really irritating, cus it even has noise on my clean channel!

Former Onespot user here, and experienced a lot of noise. I switched to a Biyang adapter and have been using it for years. It's very good. Very quiet and so much better than the Onespot despite costing less. You can find the Biyang adapter at SV Guitars / Standard Value.

I find it queer that something 'branded' like Onespot would let me down when a cheaper, Chinese brand product ends up the perfect permanent replacement. :mrgreen:

Then again, there are others who have no problems with their Onespots. Perhaps there's some quality inconsistency going on. If you have noise even on the clean channel, something's definitely wrong and I doubt getting a noisegate pedal would help much.

Mine is 2-pin, and I use a 3-pin converter, but the newer versions might be 3-pin. No issues with my 2-pin, though.

hey guys, i'm noob in this guitar section but I need to ask , I've been planning to get the 1spot adapter + daisy chain to power up my headphone amp / other small audio gears that require 9v. or even the recording bands's pedals.

how much is this biyang adapter compared to 1 spot?

The Biyang one is already daisy-chained (5 chains), and much quieter, if not totally noiseless. And yes, that is the one. Although, the wordings on the adaptor look a 'lil different.
