1996 Gretsch 6121 Chet Atkins Solidbody for sale or trade. Guitar is in players condition, there's nicks, scratches and dings on the guitar but overall guitar is in very good playable condition. The previous owner refinished the back of the guitar in black because there's deep belt buckle scratches at the back. Guitar has got a very sweet and nice tone. Guitar is versatile, from country to The Beatles to The Smiths to classic rock to heavy rock like Soundgarden (Chris Cornell used a Silver Jet, a similar guitar but with Silver Sparkle finish), it covers all genres very well. Installed a set of sperzel locking tuners, will include a gig bag too. This is a high end guitar from Gretsch not the lower end Korean made Electromatic series. Reason why the guitar is going at this price is because it's a players guitar with dings and scratches, a mint condition one would be in the $2600-$2900 price range.
